Biography
Ertugrul SAATCI received the B.S. and M.S. degree from Istanbul University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 1993 and 1996, respectively, and Ph.D. degree from London South Bank University in 2003. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Istanbul Kultur University. His major research interests lie in the areas of signal and image processing, biomedical signal processing, biometrics, and cellular neural networks.
